Meinen Schrank habe ich nur aus Rest<a href=\"https:\/\/www.antik-natur.de\/ang_holz.php3\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">holz<\/a>abschnitten gebaut. Selbst das Glas ist zweitverwertet. Zum Bau ben\u00f6tigt man keine besonderen Werkzeuge und Kenntnisse. Eine Oberfr\u00e4se, zur Tischfr\u00e4se umgebaut w\u00e4re nicht schlecht, aber man kann sich auch mit einer Bohrmaschine und einen Fr\u00e4svorsatz behelfen. Auch die Drechselarbeiten f\u00fcr die vier Eckaufs\u00e4tze wurden mit einer Bohrmaschine ausgef\u00fchrt. Wer erwartet hat, dass ich hier eine perfekte Baubeschreibung abliefere, den muss ich leider entt\u00e4uschen. Aus zeitlichen Gr\u00fcnden, bin ich dazu momentan nicht in der Lage. Allen Interessierten sei aber gesagt: auch ich hatte nur ein Foto zur Verf\u00fcgung &#8211; und mir ist es trotzdem gelungen den Schrank fertigzustellen. Die farbliche Gestaltung des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.antik-natur.de\/ang_holz.php3\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Holzes<\/a> sollte sich nach seiner Umgebung richten. Auf diese wird dann die selbstangefertigte Schablone \u00fcbertragen, dann ausges\u00e4gt und mit einem Fr\u00e4ser bearbeitet. Ich gehe davon aus, dass das Fr\u00e4sen mit einem Anlaufring beherrscht wird. Zu beachten ist, dass die Boden und Deckenplatte genau gleich sind. (geleimt und kleiner Stichnagel)<br \/>\nRahmengr\u00f6\u00dfe Seitenteil: 41,0 cm x 9,0 cm<br \/>\nRahmengr\u00f6\u00dfe T\u00fcren: 40,8 cm x 16,75 cm<br \/>\nIn den Seitenteilen sind die Aussparungen ( hier Nut) f\u00fcr die Scheiben, Scharniere und Sprossen (Halbrundstab) lt. Bild einzubringen.<br \/>\nIn die T\u00fcren sind die Aussparungen f\u00fcr die Scharniere und Rundsprossen einzubringen.<br \/>\nIn die Seitenteile werden jetzt die Einschlagh\u00fclsen mit Innengewinde M4 eingebaut.<br \/>\nDazu vorbohren dann vorsichtig einschlagen. In die Boden- und Deckplatte entsprechend der vorgegebenen Ma\u00dfe (Seitenteil mit Gewindestift) L\u00f6cher bohren.<br \/>\nIn die Seitenteile und T\u00fcren die Aussparungen f\u00fcr die Halbrundst\u00e4be ausarbeiten (Dremel mit kleinem Rundfr\u00e4ser) die Halbrundst\u00e4be\/Viertelst\u00e4be einleimen. Ich habe diese Halbrundst\u00e4be an eine Leiste angfr\u00e4st und dann von der Leiste ges\u00e4gt&#8230;<br \/>\nMan kann das sicherlich auch anders machen..<br \/>\nDie Scheiben der Seitenteile, T\u00fcren und werden zugeschnitten, eingelegt und verleistet.<br \/>\nVorher sind nat\u00fcrlich alle Holzteile entsprechend farblich zu behandeln.<br \/>\nHolzknaufe an den T\u00fcren anbringen. Schrank zusammenbauen (Knaufe mit Gewindeh\u00fclse) R\u00fcckwand befestigen, Zwischenb\u00f6den einlegen, T\u00fcren anschrauben &#8211; fertig.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_19226\"
